Kelvin B. Webster is the founder of The College Plan, a college success coaching organization dedicated to helping students and families successfully navigate the college journey—from enrollment to graduation and beyond.

Kelvin brings more than 25 years of leadership, mentoring, and professional development experience through his distinguished career in the United States Air Force, where he retired with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt). During his military service, he served around the world, including assignments across Asia, Africa, Europe, Central America, South America, and numerous bases throughout the United States. These global experiences gave him a deep understanding of leadership, discipline, and personal development.

Throughout his career, Kelvin worked in several critical professional areas including education and training, human resources, and information technology. In these roles, he coached, trained, and mentored hundreds of individuals—helping them develop the skills, confidence, and strategic planning necessary to succeed in both academic and professional environments.

Through The College Plan, Kelvin provides one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and digital learning resources through the Kajabi platform. His mission is to equip students and their families with the tools, strategies, and support needed to achieve college success and graduate prepared for meaningful careers.
